Sometimes we just feel so much, and it can be too much for others... Hang in there. Our abilities to feel gives us the strengths to empathize with others to connect even more quickly and strongly. Feeling emotion can be a strength.
Introversion is Not Mental Illness
Introversion is a preference in processing information and stimulation. It's not being shy or antisocial. Difference is just difference. We extroverts can benefit by taking time to process more slowly to give our introverted cousins time to add valuable thoughts to the dialogue.
