Our Collective Archetypal Journeys - What Will We Do After COVID-19?

As humanity has seen and gone through its shadow, I have hope we can look ourselves in the mirror to embrace all parts of our nature. We can become a Pheonix rising through the ashes, collectively. We can discard the violence, greed, apathy that we've experienced for so long. We can look for light emerging amongst our shadow selves. We can nurture growth and life!

Guilt for Not Being Productive During Social Distancing

You don't have to be super productive and have a perfect schedule as we are forced to socially distance. As context changes, so much how we see things. Value as a person is not reflected in how productive you are, and yet it can be ingrained is us as a culture. Please take a listen and know you are allowed to feel worried, relieved, scared, frustrated, angry, and all the other complex emotions human beings experience. We are navigating unknown territories together!
